YOUR 20s & 30s
Women in their 20s & 30s are sexy, confident and adventurous. Although they share similar interests, they have very defferent needs, especially when it comes to skincare. Your can look and feel your best, at any age!!
In your 20s
Eat more greens, more fruits, more fish, less sugar. Cut down on fried food and unhealthy snacks, as these can cause breakouts on your skin. Work and tone your body - bcos muscles heal at optimal apeed during your 20s, the benefits of exercise show up faster no than at any other time!!
Drink lots of milk!!! Hehe...4 glasses daily, to be axact. Sustaining bone density and strength throughout your 20s is a good way to prevent osteoporosis in later life. Alcohol consumption can dry your skin, so do compensate every alcoholic drink with at least 2 big glasses of water.
Wear wahtever you like. Experiment with fashion, try different styles of make-up, dye our hair...when you have great skin, you can get away with anything!!!
Use moisturisers with at least SPF 15 when out in the sun. Women in their 20s have very active oil glands, so do use oil-control skincare for a shine-free complexion and to prevent acne. A whitening moisturiser can help make acne scars less visible. Don't take your youthful skin for granted, or risk premature skin ageing. Consider yourself warned !!!
In your 30s
Eat snacks with carbohydrates, like cereal and fat-free chips, which can help you relax. Claim yourself down with lots of fruits and greens. Supplements such as royal jelly can give your skin a natural, radiant glow.
Drink gallons of water to cleanse your system of implurities and hydrate your skin for that translucent glow. Tomato, apple, grape and citrus juices are no only yummy alternatives, they cantain lots of vitamins that can do your skin a lot of good too.
Wear sexy pumps or stilettos to add sophistication to yourattire. And let your confidence light up the whole room! Go for colours that complement your skin tone.
Use a more effective moisturiser to keep your skin constantly hydrated add supple. This is bcos fine lines start to appear and skin elasticity decreases in your 30s. Never forget sunscreen! Your moisturiser should possess at least SPF 30s and whitening ingredients to help keep your skin healthy, fair, radiant and youthful-looking, always!!!
